RTSG is a consulting business. We create large scale interventions that use exercise to benefit groups of people. Some of these interventions are traditional exercise interventions, in that they use exercise to improve long term health outcomes. We also create different kinds of programs that are tailored towards improving happiness, mental health outcomes, academic performance, and behavior. These programs often focus on exercise, but include basic wellness behaviors like proper sleep, social interaction, diet, and having fun! We often work in schools to maximize the benefits of physical education; if done correctly, PE can improve academic performance in other subjects!
